The corporation shall consist of technically qualified individuals who have demonstrated proficiency in power transformer technology and have been retained by the Corporation. The leading technical officer shall be a registered professional engineer in the state of incorporation, North Carolina. Additional employees and subcontractors shall be employed as are deemed essential to fulfill the business purpose. Due to the uneven nature of the business, it shall generally be prudent to employ subcontractors for special assignments in accord with the needs of the business. Financial accounting, technical expertise, and computer information services are typical of subcontractor assistance.
